تأسّست الشركة في عام ١٤١٩هـ عقب تقاعد الدكتور محمد فداء بهجت المبكر من العمل الأكاديمي، بعد أن وصل إلى درجة الأستاذية في المحاسبة وكان أول سعودي يحصل على هذه الرتبة بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز، حاملاً معه خبرة أكاديمية ومهنية عميقة إلى ممارسة المكتب.The firm was established in 1419 AH after Dr. Mohammed Fida Bahjat’s early retirement from academia — having reached the rank of professor in accounting as the first Saudi to do so at King Abdulaziz University — bringing deep academic and professional experience into the practice.
